We know life happens—kids get sick, weather changes, and plans shift. Add Purchase Protection to your order for just $7.95 and guarantee a refund for any unused tickets.

Without Protection: Tickets are non-refundable.

With Protection: You are covered for any reason.

How it Works:

  • Cash Refunds (0–60 Days): If you cancel within 60 days of purchase, we refund the full value of your unused tickets to your original payment method.
  • Non-Expiring Gift Cards (60+ Days): If it has been more than 60 days since you bought your tickets, you will receive a Kelder's Farm E-Gift Card for the full value. It never expires!
  • Partial Refunds Accepted: Did one person in your group get sick? We will refund just that single unused ticket while the rest of your group enjoys the farm.

The Details:

  • Must be purchased in the same transaction as your tickets.
  • Covers the entire order (up to a maximum refund value of $400).
  • Applies only to unused tickets.
  • The $7.95 protection fee is non-refundable.
