Availability
Our busiest time is the fall, particularly September and October. Weekend availability is often essential during these months, but some weekday positions may also be available.

Guest Services

Farmhand Crew (Guest Service Stars): Be the welcoming face of Kelder’s Farm! Greet guests, answer questions, and share your farm enthusiasm. (Think: Welcomers, cashiers, farm ambassadors)  
Admissions & Farm Market Leader (Guest Service Stars) (Age 18+): Greet and welcome guests, answer questions, and share your passion for all things farm. Provide excellent customer service and support to both guests and the Kelder’s Farm team.

Food Services

Foodie Crew (Culinary Champions) (Age 16+): Operate concession stands (Pizza Barn, Farmer’s Grill, Kettle Corn, Donut Wagon, etc.), prepare delicious food, and maintain a spotless kitchen. (Think: Food prep wizards, team players, clean-space enthusiasts)
Grill Master (Age 16+): Love fast-paced grilling? We need a Grill Master for the Farmer's Grill on weekends (11 am-6 pm).
Taproom Bartender (Age 21+): Serve adult guests at the Loading Dock Taproom on fall weekends (11 am – 6 pm).

Attractions & Safety:

Adventure & Safety Crew (Attractions & fun) (Age 14+): Operate attractions, ensure guest safety, and enforce rules with a smile. (Think: Crowd managers, safety champions, enthusiastic team players)
Weekend Hayride Drivers (Age 16+) : Experienced tractor drivers needed with consistent availability on fall weekends (September and October) to create memorable and safe hayride experiences.

Operations & Maintenance:

Day Shift Crew (Operations Crew): The backbone of the farm! Set up daily operations, assist with basic maintenance tasks, and support other crews. (Think: Team players, self-starters, problem-solvers)
Facilities Crew (Clean Team): Keep things sparkling! Handle groundskeeping, minor repairs, and overall farm cleanliness. (Think: Outdoor enthusiasts, proactive troubleshooters, self-sufficient team members)
