Admission & Guest Service

Admissions Managers (Ages 18+): Be the creator of first impressions! Guide our front gate team, ensure smooth and welcoming arrivals, and set a joyful, magical tone for every guest's farm adventure. ($19.00 - $22.00+/hr + End of season Bonus)

Admissions Crew (Ages 14+): Be the welcoming face of Kelder’s Farm! Greet guests, run registers, and share your farm enthusiasm. (Competitive Minimum Wage + Raises + $1 to $2/hr Peak Fall Weekend Bonuses)

Food & Beverage

Food Service Managers (Ages 18+): Run our Foodie Crew, manage the grill line, and ensure food safety across the farm. ($19.00 - $22.00+/hr + End of season Bonus)

Taproom Bartenders (Ages 18+): Serve craft drinks to our adult guests in the sunshine! 21+ preferred. ($19.00 - $22.00+/hr + End of season Bonus)

Foodie Crew & Grill Masters (Ages 16+): Operate concession stands (Pizza Barn, Farmer’s Grill, Donut Wagon), prepare delicious food, and maintain a spotless kitchen. (Competitive Minimum Wage + Raises + $1 to $2/hr Peak Fall Weekend Bonuses)

Attractions

Attractions Managers (Ages 18+): Keep our rides and activities running safely, smoothly, and happily. ($19.00 - $22.00+/hr + End of season Bonus)

Hayride Drivers (Ages 18+): Experienced tractor drivers needed to create memorable and safe hayride experiences. Requires a driver's license or tractor safety course. ($19.00 - $22.00+/hr + End of season Bonus)

Junior Hayride Drivers (Ages 16+): Know your way around a tractor? Help us create safe and memorable hayride experiences! Requires a tractor safety course or previous farm driving experience. (Competitive Minimum Wage + Raises + $1 to $2/hr Peak Fall Weekend Bonuses)

Attractions Crew (Ages 14+): Operate the jumping pillows and apple cannons. Ensure guest safety and enforce rules with a giant smile! (Competitive Minimum Wage + Raises + $1 to $2/hr Peak Fall Weekend Bonuses)

Maintenance & Clean Team

Construction & Maintenance Leader (Ages 18+): Lead projects to build, upgrade, and repair our farm facilities. Ideal for those with carpentry, building, or general construction experience. ($19.00 - $22.00+/hr + End of season Bonus)

Clean Team Lead (Ages 18+): The unsung heroes of the farm! Direct our clean team to ensure the grounds, bathrooms, and public areas remain spotless, safe, and welcoming for our guests all day long. ($19.00 - $22.00+/hr + End of season Bonus)

Maintenance & Clean Team (Ages 14+): The backbone of the farm! Keep the grounds sparkling, handle minor repairs, and support the other crews to ensure a beautiful environment for our guests. (Competitive Minimum Wage + Raises + $1 to $2/hr Peak Weekend Bonuses)
