We accept all major credit cards throughout the farm. While we don’t accept cash everywhere, you can use cash in the farm market or load it onto a Kelder’s Farm gift card for use during your visit. Any remaining balance on the gift card can be used for future visits or exchanged for cash.

Leashed pets are welcome in the farmyard activity area and parking lot. However, due to food safety regulations, pets (except for registered service dogs) are not permitted in the picking fields, orchard, or farm market.

We kindly request that you consider leaving your pets at home if possible. Please do not leave any animals unattended in vehicles, especially in hot weather.

We’re open rain or shine! While a little drizzle won’t dampen our spirits, please note that some activities may be affected by inclement weather.
If severe weather forces us to close early, we want to make sure you still get to enjoy the farm. Just head to the Farm Market before you leave, and we’ll happily provide you with a rain check for a future visit. You will need to have your wristband on your wrist to exchange for the rain pass.

No refunds will be issued due to weather.

That’s entirely up to you! You’re welcome to stay as long or as short as you like. Most visitors spend anywhere from 2 to 5 hours enjoying all the farm has to offer. And remember, your day admission is valid for the entire day, so feel free to explore at your own pace!

No, admission is not required to access the food and drink area of the farm. You can freely visit and shop in the farm market, as well as visit the taproom and order food without paying any admission fee. However, if you’d like to explore the pick-your-own fields or the farmyard attractions, you will need to purchase admission.

No, you do not need to print your pass. You can either download it to your phone or tablet, or you can have it looked up by name or email at the entrance.

Yes, but we do offer delicious food & beverages for purchase at the farm. However, outside alcoholic beverages are not allow. See Food & Drinks for more information.

You will receive your U-pick Punch Card at your first visit to the farm!

Valid during U-pick season of each crop, one redemption per visit, while supplies last. Not exchangeable for cash, other items, or additional U-Pick produce. Expires on September 15, 2024. Valid only with Season Pass Admission during U-pick season. Subject to availability, must be present to redeem. Scan QR Code for more information.

Absolutely! You can definitely buy admission, leave the farm, and come back later the same day. Your day admission ticket is valid for the entire day, so feel free to come and go as you please. Just make sure to keep your wristband on for re-entry.

Simply visit the Farm Market, where they’ll happily help you transfer your cash onto a Kelder’s Farm gift card. You can then use this gift card for purchases throughout the farm.

  • You can save the remaining balance and use it on future visits to the farm. The gift card value doesn’t expire.
  • Alternatively, you can head to the Farm Market and exchange the remaining balance on your gift card for cash.

Yes, you can definitely buy tickets at the door (entrance gate) at Kelder’s Farm. However, they do offer a $2 discount per admission if you purchase your tickets online in advance.

The Kelder’s Farm Season Pass for 2024 includes:

  • Unlimited Visits: Enjoy the farm as many times as you’d like throughout the 2024 season.
  • Farmyard Access: Access to the Farmyard and its 30+ attractions, including new additions for 2024.
  • Festival Admission: Entry to special events like the Tulip Festival and Sunflower Extravaganza Festival.
  • U-Pick Access: Pick your own fruits, vegetables, and flowers all season long.
  • Early Bird Special (2024 only): Exclusive U-pick Experience Punch Card for a quart of strawberries, a pint of summer berries, 2 – 1/2 peck vegetable bags, & 10 summer flower bouquets (while supplies last, one redeemed per visit). Only for season passes purchased before the season starts.

Yes, Kelder’s Farm has a lost and found located in the Farm Market. If you’ve lost something, please ask a Kelder’s Farm employee if they have your item. If they haven’t found it yet, you can leave your contact information with them or email us.

No, you cannot bring your own alcohol to Kelder’s Farm. We have own Loading Dock Taproom where guests over 21 can purchase and enjoy a selection of New York State wines, beers, and hard ciders.
